Real estate has been my profession for over 22 years now. I began in Virginia as V.P. of sales and marketing for The Corley Co. in a 1200 acre planned unit development. From there I opened a RE/MAX office that quickly rose to the top of the marketplace. After 10 years I made the move South and sold golf course properties in Ocean Isle, NC. It was not long before I chose to make Myrtle Beach my home, and I joined the team of Penny Boling at Century 21 Boling. This office has outstanding performance records that I feel fit my own standards. I now specialize in waterfront properties, pre-construction and golf course properties, as well as anything else in my local area. In addition, I assist with the management of the office and training of new associates; therefore, I am always on top of what's new in the market from property to technology.
