If you're just starting your search and you're not quite sure what you're looking for, you might want to start with the Basic Search. This data is updated every 24 hours. The timeliness of agents entering pending listings determines the accuracy of the data.
As you see properties that are of interest you will probably want to search with greater parameters and also be notified of new listings as they come available. You can do this by becoming a VIP and entering my Virtual Office. Here you will have the same search parameters that I have as an agent. Just click on the Virtual Office icon floating on the left of your screen.
